Senior Management Accountant | Warrington | £42,500 - £50,000 The Opportunity Niche manufacturing group based in Warrington have a newly created opportunity for a finalist / qualified Senior Management Accountant. You must be extremely comfortable in a production /manufacturing setting and enjoy working with colleagues in operational leadership positions. Your reporting, MI and commercial insight will be invaluable, and you will play an integral part in shaping plans, strategies and focus through confident business partnering. You will enjoy The Senior Management Accountant role is highly visible, and you will have chance to gain an interesting and valuable understanding of the levers of success across the business. You will be comfortable with costing, analysis and margin and profit streams, supporting in modelling new product development. You will manage a small team of part qualified accountants and support them to deliver full and detailed management accounts packs. You will enjoy getting out into the factory daily / weekly and really building bridges with colleagues managing the operational and commercial decision making. You will have opportunity to progress swiftly over the next 2 - 5 years and the position would best suit an individual with ambition to further their career. The business requires: As Senior Management Accountant you will be: Qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or strong finalist - with an excellent track record of success as management accountant / finance business partner. Able to demonstrate a successful ability to work with operational colleagues to gain true commercial understanding of your current business. Someone with excellent analytical skills - good knowledge of software including Excel (and an ERP ideally) Keen to develop and progress - supporting a highly capable and driven FD.
