Overview
Accounts Payable Assistant: 6 Month FTC: Up to 23k per annum: South Birmingham based. I am currently working with a client that is looking to recruit for 2 Accounts Payable Assistants to join the Transactional Services team on a 6 month fixed term contract. Working in a fast-paced and busy environment you will gain exposure to some large clients and be responsible for a large amount of electronic invoicing. As a brief overview of what we are looking for, here are some key duties and responsibilities: Proven experience of Accounts Payable Query control and management High volume workloads Ability to work to strict deadlines An experience with SAP would be beneficial for this role and competence with computers and technology is needed. Previous work with systems like EDI would also be extremely beneficial but is not essential. In order to be successful for this role you will need to have proven experience of the above.
