Then this is the job for you ABOUT THE ROLE Due to growth we are looking for an Account Manager interested in joining a fast-growing talent management and recruitment company. This is an exciting time to join our small team with lots of opportunities to grow within the company. Main responsibilities include: You will boast excellent Account Management experience and will take control of the relationships of several client accounts where you will be specialising in placing permanent, contract and temporary candidates into Business Support, Finance & Accounting, Creative and Sales/Marketing roles. You will be working with a variety of clients from small/medium sized organisations to blue chip household names. No cold calling required just lots of relationship building and networking with existing and new decision makers. Representing S.TWO at pitches, networking events, client meetings. You will be responsible for raising the awareness of S.TWO’s brand and offer. Establishing new business opportunities on top of maintaining current business and vacancies. Source and provide strong candidates for the live vacancies and effectively manage the candidate process. You will fully understand your clients’ and candidates’ needs, building long term relationships with both. Managing the relevant databases and ensuring all processes and procedures are followed to provide a consistently excellent service. Key Skills & Qualities: Proven track record in recruitment and resourcing dealing with candidates and clients. Experience with database management. Have a natural flare when dealing with people and building relationships. Confident, outgoing, diligent, and hard working with a meticulous attention to detail. Ability to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease. Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines. Be able to be open and honest and don't be afraid to ask for help. Be able to influence positive change in your life and in others’ lives. Excellent listening skills, the ability to think things through before acting. The ability to bring the best version of yourself to every situation. You will have the enthusiasm to keep learning and evolving. Salary: £25,000-£35,000 per annum uncapped commission benefits Our core hours are 8.30am-5.30pm, we offer flexible start and finish times around these hours. Our offices are based in Croxley Park which has countryside walks nearby, onsite nursery, a café, hairdresser, bike racks, sports field, golf nets, a gym and yoga & pilates classes to name a few Transport: Free car parking on site, free shuttle bus service from/to Croxley Business Park and Watford Junction station and Watford underground station.
