Overview
Our client based in Central Watford are currently recruiting for a Finance Graduate to come in on a 3 month contract with a possibility of permanent thereafter. Role The role is an entry level finance opportunity with the following day-to-day responsibilities: Coding and posting of sales invoices for the company Monitor the accounts inbox and deal with queries received in a timely manner Reconciling customer's accounts on a regular basis, review and maintain the debtor's ledger Preparation of the monthly payment Direct Debit run for all customers. Allocate all direct debit payments received - most payments received are allocated automatically Calling customers to resolve any issues with their Direct Debit. Liaising with various stakeholders including senior management Assisting operational areas of the business when necessary Provide cover for other members of the finance team when they are on holiday Other ad hoc tasks as required by the business. Profile The successful candidate will be at the start of their finance career, perhaps with 1 role behind them, who will have either AAT studies or a finance degree behind them. Those with no finance qualifications cannot be considered. Company The company is a well-established and aggressively growing IT business based in Central Watford. Salary & Benefits 9 - 11 pounds per hour dependant on experience. The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
