Overview

Communicate is currently working with a FTSE 250 in their search for an interim Group FP&A analyst as maternity cover for 9-12 months. The role will directly into the Group Head of FP&A and you will also be working closely with the Group Financial Controller, the wider Group Finance team, and also other Group functions (tax, treasury, procurement etc.). Due to the Head Office nature of the Finance team, this role is also a great opportunity to gain exposure to the Senior Finance team of an international business (including the Group CFO). Your key responsibilities will include reporting the Group's monthly management results to the Senior Finance team, reviewing compliance by businesses with the Group's requirements, coordinating the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing analysis and insight on the performance of the group's businesses. Requirements: Qualified Accountant (3-5 years PQE) 'Big 4' background will be preferred Excellent Excel modelling skills Experience in Group Reporting Packages (BPC an advantage) High level understanding of IFRS accounting requirements Ability to present financial information to all levels of management
