Overview
DevOps Engineer Location: UK-Kent-Tunbridge Wells Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience an excellent benefits package. About Our Client Leading Insurance Company with an excellent client base are seeking to attract a DevOps Engineer to join there vibrate development team in Tunbridge Wells. Looking for a DevOps engineer to join an existing scrum development team. The company try to avoid silos of knowledge so the role will involve working with team members to determine and then fully automate the build and release process. Project The project is a multiple award winning IOT, high throughput / big data insurance telematics & video solution. Working Environment There are a development team of 10 who work in an Agile / DevOps environment and are continuously trying to improve processes. The team is self-governed and encouraged to contribute opinions on topics from development practices to product strategy and roadmap. Essential Skills Azure Administrator Experience using the Microsoft technology stack Continuous Integration Experience with Azure Devops Pipeline builds is desirable. Alternatively experience with any of the following; Jenkins, TeamCity, Travis CI Continuous Delivery Experience with deployment tools such as Octopus Deploy, Azure Devops Releases pipelines Familiarity with Git and GitFlow Powershell Azure CLI Service Fabric Knowledge of container software such as Docker Security Setting up secure endpoints, SSL Configuration/password management Certificate management Cloud Architecture (Azure or AWS) Monitoring/Logging
