Overview

Our client is a fast growing, nationwide wealth management firm who pride themselves on the rewarding experience they offer to their clients in order to support them in achieving their financial goals. They are now looking to acquire the services of an experienced Wealth Management Administrator to join their team in Rugby for a period of 6 months. The successful candidate will provide support to the firms Wealth Planners enabling them to maintain a strong portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a financial services organisation. Main responsibilities: Prepare documentation for client appointments / meetings Undertake office duties, such as filing, post, stock and order systems, minute taking Completion of client reports Send prepared investment information / reports to clients Respond to client administrative queries, face to face, through telecommunications or letter Develop processes to support Paraplanners and Financial advisors Liaise with providers with necessary and communicate outcomes Assist with the retention and development of client relationships Assist in the identification and development of new clients All other Administration tasks as requested Key Skills & Experience : Experience in a Financial Services industry is desired Good secretarial and numeracy skills with strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages essential NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration would be advantageous Additional Information : If you would like to apply for this opportunity, please submit an up-to-date CV including details about your current or most recent salary and your availability/notice period.
