Page Personnel are working with a well established Property company, with offices based in South Manchester, recruiting a Client Accountant to join their team. Client Details A well known business, with a reputation for staff retention, are recruiting a Client Accountant to join their team. Description As a Client Accountant, you will report into the Financial Controller, responsible for assisting with the efficient reporting within the Client Accounting team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: preparing client reports; assist with resolution of complex tenant billing queries; review of client and service charge bank accounts; monitoring service charge; cash flow management; service charge year end process.
