Overview
Inventory Planner – North West London– 3-6 Month Contract - £Negotiable ARM are urgently looking for Supply Chain professionals to join one of our Public Sector client in North West London on a 3-6 Month Basis. Any successful candidates must be available for an immediate start and happy to work day and night shifts. Responsibilities: Checking and Receipting Goods Inward. Picking and Dispatching Orders. Stock Taking and Management of Stock Levels. To control the stock returned to the depot process and associated procedures in a timely and efficient manner. To deal with stock related customer queries and conduct investigations if required to maintain a high level of customer service. To support the admin and operation team by conducting investigations and dealing with stock related queries to ensure that the efficient service is provided. Other tasks in support of the warehouse operation as directed/requested. Responsible for highlighting any potential quality issues, including hygiene and damage issues to your Manager. Completion of necessary process control and quality documented records, in a timely manner Requirements: Previous experience and / or knowledge of inventory management systems, stock control systems Excellent organisation and time management skills as well as IT as you will be responsible for vendor supplier documentation and order documentation Good experience of SAP, MRP, ERP systems or similar stock or materials control software systems Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, good numeracy, literacy and IT skills (stock control / material control systems) Strong team player and aware of individual impact and contribution to the business. Able to work with limited supervision. Working well under pressure in a fast moving and demanding environment. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under own initiative with limited supervision.
