Lead Business Analytics There is an opportunity for a leading software company to help with business solutions and support customers by helping with the reporting and analytics. Key Responsibilities; Act as the key contact for all internal and external customer report requirements, providing effort estimations, as well as deciding the most appropriate approach to providing the information, whether it be on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or ad-hoc basis Managing a small team you’ll make sure all MI requirements are being met Help roadmap data strategy and lead design sessions and planning to have a successful year Support best practice and change management processes as well as documenting all procedures. You’ll also identify analytical training requirements and appropriate support for your team.
