You can except to design, develop and support new systems within the company and have an eye for detail spotting areas for improvement within the current projects. You will liase with the wider IT team to help maintian existing software applicatins and be a driving force in providing problems to complex problems. Ideally you will have over 12 months of commercial experience or relavant work/projects that can demonstrate your ability from University. You'll need to be confident enough to put forward your own views and also have the resilience to power through difficult projects.
