Overview
You will need to be professional, articulate and confident in your ability to input large amounts of data accurately on a CRM system. It is preferred but not essential to have a background within finance. Client Details Finance business in Brighton which have locations across the UK looking for a customer service administrator. Description Responsibilities: Inputting new business and provider statements onto the CRM Chasing statements with providers Processing statements, data processing, processing allocations and chasing up payments Liaising with financial advisors to assist them with commission queries Liaising with internal department to resolve payment issues Requesting new account numbers from the providers Process agreements for advisors Accounts administration Work to agreed company SLA's Profile The right candidate will have great inter-personal skills with an excellent understanding of statement processing. You will have great attention to detail and be highly organised with exceptional numerical skills.
