Job, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Investment Banking Division, IBD, Permanent Your new company A leading international Investment Bank based in the heart of the City, is seeking an experienced Personal/Team Assistant to support an industry leading team of bankers within Investment Banking Division. This is an extremely busy team, with a high volume of meetings both internally and externally, requiring someone from and IBD background. Your new role Investment Banking Division is an extremely busy department of the bank. With clients at Board level, you will need to be extremely tenacious and resilient. This role requires someone who has extensive experience booking meetings, and changing complicated arrangements last minute. The role is supporting a very successful and highly reputed individuals, meaning the role requires someone who is extremely trustworthy and confidential. What you'll need to succeed As this role is supporting a team of successful bankers, you will ideally have experience supporting multiple senior managers within the Division, or Private Equity, ideally at Senior MD level. You will need to be able to work under pressure to strict deadlines, with a strong attention to detail. This role will offer amazing exposure to the business, and offer great progression opportunities if successful.
