Overview
Permanent opportunity for an intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to join a private technical consultancy Your new company You will join a well respected firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Property Consultants based in Exeter who were established over twenty years ago, who over which time have built up a valued and loyal client base across the south of the UK. Your new role As an intermediate level Quantity Surveyor, you will work within a team of surveyors on projects in Exeter and across the South West of England. Your role will involve undertaking pre and post contract duties on a range of projects valued from 100K through to 50million. Whilst undertaking your professional work you'll also have an opportunity to work towards your APC. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this varied and rewarding role you'll need to have a minimum of three years industry experience, ideally in a client facing role. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a starting salary of £30,000 which is negotiable depending on experience. You'll also receive payment of your membership fees once qualified and also be entitled to an annual bonus.
