Multi Skilled Plumber - Planned Maintenance - Coventry - Van - ASAP - Temp to Perm - 3 months - NVQ Level 2 Your new company Your new company is a well-established organisation offering building maintenance services in the Coventry area as a Multi-Skilled Plumber. Your new role In your new role you will be focusing carrying out building maintenance works to void properties as a Multi-Skilled Plumber in the Coventry area. You will have to complete a multitude of repairs that will involve plumbing some toilets, taps etc, tiling replacements, patch plastering, ideally you must have wet room experience with level access showers. What you'll need to succeed To be a successful candidate you will need to have the relevant qualifications for role which can be either a NVQ Level 2 or a City Guilds in the relevant trades. You must have a basic DBS, full clean driver's license, working at height, asbestos awareness and manual handling. You must be able to provide your own vehicle to carry out duties and provide relevant insurance. What you'll get in return In return you will be able to earn an hourly rate of £17.20 per hour, working a 37-hour week. The placement is temp to perm after 12 weeks' worth of work.
