Multi skilled Plaster- 3 months minimum- start immediately Your new company Our client a leading social housing with large portfolio of properties across the Midlands currently looking for an experienced Plumber to start immediately Your new role We are looking for a skilled multi trade operative to join the team who can carry out a number of repairs incl joinery, plumbing and plaster patching with social housing experience if possible as you will be working with a mixture of responsive repairs and void/ empty homes to complete a variety of trade works to bring the property back to a lettable standard, this role will also involve being on the out of hours call out rota. What you'll need to succeed You must be qualified in at least NVQ Level 2 , or equivalent professional body Full driving licence is required with a van ideally however one can be provided. Due to the nature of the work, a clean DBS is required What you'll get in return You will be paid £17 per hour, working full time and a guaranteed 3 months work with a view of a permanent contract.
