Senior Electrical Design Engineer (building services)
Overview
Permanent position for electrical design engineer with a building services consultancy. Your new company Established for over 70 years this consultancy has over 30 M&E engineers in their Manchester office. They have recently moved into a new office and are now looking to further grow their team. Predominantly this office looks at projects within the healthcare sector, but also work on education and commercial sector projects. Your new role Working alongside a team of M&E engineers you will work autonomously on electrical designs and at times help to manage and train junior engineers. You will be working from initial concept, specification writing, through to detailed design. What you'll need to succeed You will be degree qualified in electrical engineering or having worked through an electrical apprenticeship with good few years of design experience. This consultancy is looking for someone who can use AutoCAD and Revit proficiently and is ambitious to progress their career forward.
