Building Control Surveyor

Building Control Surveyor Role-£35-45,000 Per Annum Anual Bonus-Permanent Role Based In Preston Your new company You will be joining a leading corporate approved inspector company who have been established for over ten years offering a professional service with their sole interest being the customer and their end goal. Your new role You will be joining the company as a Building Control Surveyor working with the technical team. You will be in charge of managing a range of projects ensuring they are in accordance with the Building Control Performance Standards. You will be required to: Examine submitted plans Undertake relevant statutory consultations Produce reports in order to determine compliance with the Building Regulations Undertake site inspections of building works Record relevant notes Initiate the invoicing of design stage and site inspection fees. Liaising with the Credit Controller to resolve debtors. Maintain relevant continuing professional development in accordance with the requirements of CICAIR & professional institutions. What you'll need to succeed You will be a part qualified or a qualified Building Control Surveyor looking to work for a reputable company who can help you progress in your career. It is desirable that you have some commercial experience or come from an approved inspector background.
