Temporary Building Services Manager Assignment-Lancashire-5-6 Months-Flexible Working-£25-£27 Hourly Rate. Your new company You will be working a three-month temporary contract role for a public-sector organisation based in Lancashire. Your new role You new role as a Building Service Manager will see you carrying out duties such as: Demonstrable experience of building services project management and contract administration on a varied range and value of projects and contract types. Ability to project and budget manage. Able to prepare tender documents including drawings and specifications. A working knowledge of the use of AutoCAD. A working knowledge of the role of the application of the CDM regulations. The ability to operate and interrogate BMS systems to diagnose HVAC issues. Excellent oral and written communicator. Other Desirable experience is: Recognised CAD qualification. NEBOSH Certificate What you'll need to succeed You will need to be qualified to degree level in a building services related subject or experiential learning. You will need to have had trend BMS training. Other desirables are: Recognised CAD qualification. NEBOSH Certificate What you'll get in return You will receive an attractive hourly rate of £25.00-£27.00 dependent on experience.
