Building Services Manager
Overview
6 month contract for a building services manager wanting to work for a public sector organisation. Your new company This is a public sector organisation based in Preston with a portfolio of properties that they look after. These include residential properties, education buildings, labs. They are currently going through a lot of development to expand their portfolio further and are now looking for someone that will help in delivering it. Your new role Working alongside a team of engineers and surveyors within their estates department. You will be responsible for looking after the BMS systems installation across their properties and commissioning of those. You will need to have excellent knowledge of mechanical services and be able to advise on current legislation. What you'll need to succeed You will be familiar with BMS systems and how to operate, install, commission and maintain them. You will be degree qualified in building services or equivalent with post graduate experience.
