Chartered Building Surveyor - Permanent - Birmingham Your new company In your new job role you will be working for a global consultancy based in Birmingham. Your new role In your new job role you will be joining a team of experienced and supportive surveyors as a MRICS Building Surveyor. In your new role you will provide excellent building surveying services to clients across the business in varying sectors. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to; provide professional building surveying duties including building inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects, schedules of condition and party wall awards, effectively communicate with both internal and external parties ensuring all information is available for the successful implementation and completion of projects. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role you will be a MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor, operating at a senior level. You will be passionate about your work and be keen to join a supportive team environment, whilst having the ability to operate autonomously having competence in your own field of expertise.
