The Company We are excited to be recruiting for a national, multi-disciplinary property consultancy, to be based from their office in Central Birmingham. Providing full 360 real-estate services to developers, owners, occupiers and investors from both local to international clients; the business prides themselves on providing an outstanding service to all clients. The Role The consultancy provides services across their core sectors including office, industrial & retail along with a wide portfolio of more specialised property types. The successful candidate will work with a wide variety of clients with the opportunity to focus on professional valuation work; getting involved in all stages of complex portfolio valuations. Your new role will include: - Carrying out valuations of a wide range of commercial properties - Liaising with fund managers an asset managers regularly - Undertake secured lending valuations and other one-off valuations when required - Work with other teams; developing existing and prospective client relationships The Candidate The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate about delivering first-class service to clients.
