The Company We are excited to be recruiting for a global, multi-disciplinary property consultancy, to be based from their office in Central Birmingham. Providing a full service across professional building surveying, they partner with a wide range of interesting and high-profile clients, from local to large scale international projects. The Role The successful candidate will have exposure to a varied range of commercial clients, delivering across all building consultancy services. This will involve: - Preparation of Schedules of Condition - Pre-acquisition surveys - Preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations - Preparing Party Wall notices and agreeing Awards - Support to junior team members The Candidate The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role and MRICS (ideally with a degree in Building Surveying).
