Overview
This role will work closely with the head of finance, HR and architectural directors and you will drive a practice-wide strategy to support and implement ideas internally for your team. The role will be partly external-facing and requires polished presentation and persuasion skills. You will need to have a strong awareness of global clients across all sectors, be able to discover new opportunities and with the support of a team bring work into the practice. The role will involve generating an income for the business and setting targets. The practice is fortunate to have competitions, commission, and partnerships to develop. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence and agility and will suit those who have an entrepreneurial and opportunistic attitude - you will be a part of the decision-making team which balances the practice's core values and commerciality. Effective and articulate communication is essential for taking on all points of view and making the best decisions for the studio. You need to have a track record of business development, managing key accounts/clients and enjoy objective-setting over design.
