Overview
Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor within the Construction Industry? Interested in joining a busy team with a strong pipeline of work? We are currently working with one of the most successful multi award winning developer in Aberdeen, and one of the few developers who have remained stable over the past few years in what has been a tricky market for many. Our client is established across the whole of Aberdeenshire as well as Perth, Dundee and all the way up to Elgin and they are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or someone who is ready to make the step up to join their close-knit team. To be considered for this role, you don't need to come from an out and out residential background, although this would be very advantageous. What you must have, is experience in new build from the ground up and the drive to continue to develop your skills. This role would suit someone who strives for quality and is a real team worker who is confident in working in a senior commercial position.
