Overview

Client High end luxury brand name in the heart of Mayfair. Renowned for their craftsmanship, innovation and edgy design and creativity. Role Working for the Creative Chief Executive and MD the role is responsible for providing HR support to the business an employees as assisting the CEO and MD on travel, diary management and ad hoc duties. Duties and Responsibilities HR Providing full HR support on all Employee Relations matters to include, but not limited to, absence management/recording, performance reviews and appraisals, timekeeping, holiday entitlement management, etc. Maintain and update company HR policies and hand book Manage Health Care/Pension Enrolment Support the payroll process (ensuring changes in employees are reported. Advising of new starters, leavers etc) Assisting with internal communications, assist with, and document the completion of exit interviews and document the results Recruitment and on-boarding PA Diary Management for the CEO and MD, organising meetings and appointments; organising venues and refreshments as and when necessary. Organising all aspects of travel for the CEO and MD including: booking flights and hotels either directly or through travel agent, putting together travel itinerary, adjusting bookings accordingly should changes be required, sourcing the best deals and most efficient travel options available, collating a travel pack for each trip including obtaining Visas and other documentation when required. CEO and MD Expense management, collating and writing up expense reports - for reclaimed expenses and company credit card expenses on a monthly basis Working with the Marketing team to prepare any Presentations, speeches, for the CEO etc Dealing with incoming emails for the CEO and requests efficiently, especially when CEO is travelling Welcoming incoming visitors, escorting visitors in and around the office. Stationery and refreshments replenishment Organising team events Knowledge & Skills Previous HR experience is essential Highly organised and with an excellent attention to detail Highly numerate to support payroll Resilient to pressure and changing deadlines Proactive to find solutions Highly communicative, ensures key stakeholders are fully informed Adapts to changing priorities and can balance multiple request at one time Quick and accurate typing skills Excellent knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint Excellent telephone skills and etiquette Highly confidential and discreet in all circumstances
