Overview
Sales Support Representative Cambridge Salary- £20,000-£22,000 Reports to Operations Manager I am currently recruiting for a Sales Support Representative who is at a commutable distance from Cambridge. We are looking for candidates who have good admin and telephone experience and is able to deal with customers, queries and ordering in a professional and efficient manner. What will you be doing? Updating the CRM with leads and opportunities Communicating with BDM’s via the CRM with regards to leads received into the office. Dealing with leads internally on vacant areas Following up lunch and learns by calling the practice Creating CPD certificates generated from lunch and learns Telesales on UK and Ireland and updating the CRM records. Commission on orders taken Assist with the processing of orders Sending sales order confirmations to customers and the BDM Customer queries via telephone, email or letter Attending National Exhibitions and working on our stand Assisting with Student Hygiene Program and seminars Answering the telephone Filing Ad hoc office duties Cover for other staff in their absenceAssist with warehouse duties when necessary, in the form of picking, packing, checking orders, checking stock in and any other relevant duties. What we are looking for: Must have a full driving license Live at a commutable distance from the head office Must have office and admin experience An ambitious and self-motivated individual who is going to push themselves to gain new business for the company Ability to work as part of an effective team or autonomously Someone who will operate and ensure the smooth running of front of house and deal with customers in an effective way.
