Area Sales Manager - Fixings & Fastenings Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Fixings & Fastenings Industry Sector: Fixings, Fastenings, Fixings & Fastenings, Wall Insulation, Facades, Cladding, Render, Manufacturers, Insulation, Specification, Architects, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Contractors, Construction Area to be covered: PE, NR, IP, CO, CP, CM, SG, SS, EG, EN Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000neg (depending on experience) £12,000 bonus Benefits: Company car and exceptional benefits package The role of the Area Sales Manager - Fixings & Fastenings will involve: Field sales position, selling a high end range of manufactured fixings & fastenings for general, insulation, cavity, scaffold, sanitary and frame applications Majority of your back will be spent selling to a mixed route to market predominantly generating specification and selling to main contractors and architects The remaining portion of your time will be spent managing the distribution channels Targeted to achieve around £40k turnover per month after year 1 Even split between managing existing relationships and generating new business Developing sales plans to achieve successful profit margin, market share and account penetration Working alongside the UK Technical Sales Manager to strategies the best way to successfully tackle the market The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager - Fixings & Fastenings with: Must have a minimum of 3 years construction field sales Must have an experience in sales of related products such as fixings and fastening, cladding or insulation products Must have specifications sales experience with main contractors, specialist sub-contractors and architects Must have site testing experience Able to both manage and expand existing relationships and generating new business relationships Commercially astute, professional, organised Solution based sales approach, positive, professional and customer service orientated The Company: Group turnover circa €800 million UK Turnover Circa £18 million Established since 1940’s Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Field Sales Jobs, Construction field sales vacancies and Specification field sales positions within: Fixings, Fastenings, Fixings & Fastenings, Wall Insulation, Facades, Cladding, Render, Manufacturers, Insulation, Specification, Architects, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Contractors, Construction
