Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their growing Finance team based in Bicester. Client Details Our client is a Bicester based organisation with operations across the UK and due to continual growth and expansion the Finance team needs an extra person This is a great opportunity for someone with some basic accounting experience, looking to gain more experience. Description The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for: Processing invoices onto our accounting system Resolving all internal accounts payable queries as well as supplier enquiries in a timely manner Preparation of one-off supplier payments Reconciliation of supplier statements Ensuring Aged Creditors are maintained and accurate Filing and organizing paperwork in a timely, efficient and organized manner Assist other members of the Finance team to meet deadlines Ad hoc financial duties as requested Profile The successful Accounts Payable Coordinator will have: Strong high volume Accounts Payable experience Experience with a large accounts system and confident using Excel Excellent communication skills both on email and on the phone Meticulous attention to detail Ability to work efficiently both independently and as a team Job Offer The salary on offer is £20,00 - £23,000 dependent upon experience plus a competitive benefits package.
