Head of Finance |Film and TV business| London The Company Harmonic are excited to be partnering with one of the London's fastest growing Film and TV production businesses. They are based in one of the 'coolest' sites in the city and pride themselves on being 'off the wall'. With a rapidly expanding list of international clients (US and Europe) including TV & Film producers and High Net Worth individuals it is an exciting time to be joining as they strive to bring their clients visions to life. Not to mention the social scene The teams work together to ensure that all productions produced are one of a kind and "show-stopping". The Role This is a newly created role working from their amazing head office in West London. The Head of Finance Manager will report directly into the Managing Director and is responsible for leading the entire finance function. This is a great time to be joining the company as they have recently signed off a few new and exciting projects to kick off 2020. The Duties: Manage a team of 6 Liaise with and challenge stakeholders particularly on project budgets Providing key analysis on financial performance Driving improvement on financial processes. Business Partnering with other heads of departments (Production and Marketing) Overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting Responsibility for the production of annual financial accounts Extensive ad-hoc projects Essential skills: CIMA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Experience in the creative industry (film, tv, music, media etc) Attention to detail Strong Communication skills Bonus skills: Experience of working in an SME environment Experience leading large teams Sociable, Confident, Fun (even eccentric) Knowledge of Xero Salary: £95,000 - £110,000 Start date: ASAP Please get in touch at or give me a call on .
