Overview
Are you a successful Project Manager or Project Lead in the manufacturing industry? Do you have experience in day to day support, training, project delivery, process improvement as implementation? If so we have an exciting newly created role for a leading manufacturer in South Birmingham. Paying an attractive salary with additional benefits, this role is most definitely not to be missed Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, your key duties will be as follows: " To deliver improvement projects and upgrades to manufacturing systems and processes " To work with super users from multiple parts of the business to deliver improvement projects " Ensure the system is configured to meet the businesses needs " Work with key stakeholders to understand and improve business processes " Document business processes within the system " To assist in the training of users across the business " To monitor usage and set-up to ensure business data is secured " To support integrations with other internal and external systems " Provide day to day support " Fault finding and resolution " Keep up to date with new functionality and latest technologies and suggest areas of our business that this could benefit " Maintain strong relationship with external support providers " Create and maintain reports within the application " Support other functions within the MIS department as appropriate " Travel across the Company sites as required to provide support as necessary The ideal candidate will have experience in implementation of systems in a manufacturing environment. Any experience in SAP, Sage 200 or large CRM systems in manufacturing will be highly regarded. This is a permanent role that offers longevity and a chance to work for a leader in their field.
