Project Support Officer (Website Content Updates) High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire Temporary Full time - 37 hours per week £10.99 per hour Pertemps Recruitment on behalf of Buckingham County Council has an opportunity for a Project Support Officer within the Communication and Improvement team. You will be responsible for delivering critical changes to the existing Wycombe District Council digital platforms in preparation for the new council launch, and to provide general support to the team over the months leading up to the new council launch and transition period that follows. This is a temporary role up to the end of August 2020 but there is potential for this role to be extended or made permanent. The pay rate for this role is £10.99 per hour, and you will be working full time, 37 hours per week from 9am to 5:30pm. Responsibilities To edit existing website content, branding, contact details and inaccurate information To make amendments to online content and documents in order to meet accessibility regulations To support the Customer and Digital project in creating new website content To gather, present and maintain information relating to the project To organise project folders on Microsoft Teams, ensuring documents can be easily found and that key documents are saved and shared with appropriate people Undertaking general office duties e.g. organising workshops / meetings, making travel arrangements and room bookings To participate in learning and development opportunities and activities relevant to the post Essential Skills and Experience Experience linked to working in administration and / or projects Experience of minute taking and recording action points Experience of working successfully and effectively as part of a team Trained in use of Microsoft Office, Outlook and other relevant software GDPR / Confidentiality Thorough working knowledge and practical application of Microsoft Office and related packages Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Extremely well organised with the ability to identify and work to priorities Ability to produce good quality work under pressure and to tight timescales Good numeracy and literacy Excellent customer care skills Self-motivated, possessing an enthusiastic and flexible attitude Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Educated to GCSE level and / or equivalent qualification 2 years' experience of working in administration or finance Evidence of continued professional, managerial and personal development Desired Skills and Experience Driving licence and use of own car - this role occasional travel to the Aylesbury offices Understanding of Customer and Digital services Experience working with website content and using a website content management system (CMS) Project Management qualification
