Agile Software Project Manager - High Wycombe - £60k - SaaS Avanti Recruitment is working with a small but successful software house in the High Wycombe area to recruit an experienced Client Facing Agile Software Project Manager to join their team. You will take responsibility for the delivery of client projects for their SaaS based software applications using Agile Scrum methods. You will work closely with the Software Development team and the client ensuring the successful delivery of features and overall projects, managing the Agile process. You will need a good understanding of software development lifecycle and concepts but this role will not involve any coding. We are looking for someone with the gravitas and dynamism to work in a client facing role in a small company environment. We are looking for a leader to take ownership of the delivery and can make decisions without layers of management or bureaucracy. The role will involve: Project Managing Software projects from end-to-end to ensure their successful delivery. Driving Agile processes eg. sprint planning, daily scrums, and roadmap review meetings. Working in a client facing role, managing client relationships and communicating project progress and issues. To be considered you will be an experienced Software Project Manager who has a proven track record of successfully delivering Agile Scrum Software Projects ideally in a small to medium sized organisation with the flexible mind-set that requires. You will need strong client facing skills and the gravitas to engage clients and lead, manage and motivate the internal software team. You will need demonstrable experience in an Agile environment ideally where you have driven Sprint planning and SCRUM ceremonies.
