We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to provide efficient, professional and comprehensive sales support to the Commercial Manager for the French and German market. This is an extremely busy role where you will be required to undertake all areas of administration and work with the team to ensure tasks are completed timely as required. Key accountabilities - main areas of responsibility General Duties: · Responding to incoming customer sales enquiries via telephone, emails, LiveChat and web and taking actions required to move pipeline opportunities forward · Producing quotations as required and keeping customers updated · Support the Sales team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives · Communicate internally important feedback from customers · Maintain and update sales and customer records · Preparation of Weekly Sales Report during holiday cover · Assist with preparation of Sales Meeting material · Preparation and review of basic drawings · Contact sales team to gather new sales updates for forecast · Update Forecast document with sales team changes Qualifications/Experience · Educated to A level standard or equivalent · At least two years’ experience in a similar role in a fast paced, global, dynamic environment · Outstanding level of confidentiality required Required Skills · Excellent level of French written and spoken required · Good level of German (spoken and written) desirable · High level of attention to detail - essential · Excellent understanding and experience of Microsoft Suite and CRM system · Strong administration skills · A positive and determined attitude · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written · Positive approach, a strong communicator · Exceptional time management skills · Ability to be a self-starter with drive, initiative and creativity · Curious in nature and always looking to question, learn and look for better ways to do things · Ability to deal with customers issues in a polite and courteous manner · Ability to work under pressure to strict timelines Incentive Scheme · 20 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays · Company bonus subject to achieving annual target · Auto-enrolment Pension · On-site parking · 1 Hour lunch break · Bring your pet to work scheme · Wellness Health scheme
