Your new company First line support role based in Belfast with a well-known organisation that is responsible for the distribution of high profile brands. The role is on an initial 3-month contract with a view of extension, paying an annual salary of £25k. My client is looking for immediate starts. Your new role You will be responsible for supporting Service Desk environment. It will be your job for logging, troubleshooting and resolving incidents at the first point of contact, or passing incidents to an appropriate team. What you'll need to succeed Successful candidates will have: Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience Experience in managing Service Desk environments Good functional knowledge to solve problems in an effective and efficient manner What you'll get in return You will get the chance to work within a well-respected organisation.
