Client Overview - Pensions Lecturer My client is a leading provider of financial education, guidance and advice in the workplace. They help employees understand how to maximise their workplace savings and benefits in the context of their overall financial position, by delivering financial education tailored to their needs. Currently seeking an experienced Pensions Lecturer to join their successful and expanding team to manage the Bristol region. Job Summary - Pensions Lecturer The Pensions Lecturer will deliver financial education programmes to employees of corporate clients across the UK. To engage with employees during the delivery of seminars, webinars and all educational interventions to introduce the other services helping the organisation to ensure profitable client/personal relationships. Core Responsibilities - Pensions Lecturer Delivery of educational seminars, webinars and webcasts on a range of financial subjects To provide technical support to other team members on the development of new modules To keep up to date on changing legislation i.e. pensions/tax Produce ideas for employee education e.g. changes to pension and share schemes Assist in the design of new education modules as required by clients To meet presentation standards agreed with clients Desirable Skills/Experience - Pensions Lecturer Strong financial services background, including extensive UK pension knowledge and share plans relating to: Defined benefit schemes Defined contribution schemes Employee share plans Experience in delivering face to face education to all levels of employees within an organisation from team members to executive staff Experience of supporting and/or developing technical presentations for delivery Essential Qualifications- Pensions Lecturer Full FPC or equivalent Desirable Qualifications - Pensions Lecturer Diploma in Financial Planning - Pension Income Options (JO5) Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning - Pensions and Retirement Planning (RO4) Visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
