Overview
Frimley Health NHS Trust are looking for a Physiotherapist Band 5, 6, or 7 available , depending on experience Based at Fleet Community Hospital ASAP start Full-time ideally, however may consider part-time for the right candidate Based on the Community Rehab Ward- you will support patients following falls/ episodes of ill health, and help them to reach their maximum potential, and return either to their home or supported living.
