Something you should know is our graduate scheme is flexible and open year round, so no application or start date deadlines you can join us when you’re ready About Us: C4S Search are a STEM Talent Consultancy operating in 4 core markets - IT, Digital, Engineering & Finance. Our directors set up the business in a garage in 2012 and since we have doubled in size twice, had 4 office moves and now have more aggressive growth plans than ever. We are currently at 30 heads and looking to double again in the next few years. The Opportunity: We are on the hunt for talent to join our team who are not just ambitious, but are motivated, have a 'Get Stuff Done’ work ethic and are looking to have a successful career with us. If you provide the hard work we will provide the training, the support and the tools and resources to turn your aspirations into expertise. The Role: Your job will be to provide high quality professional recruitment services to match the needs of your clients and candidates. This is not your standard role…this is a unique opportunity to build a successful career & make a real impact in a young, vibrant and fast-growing business… not to mention the unrivalled commission structure Responsibilities: • Research, immerse in and become a true expert in your given market encompassing technology, trends, market news, projects, strategy and company’s recruitment needs • Lead generate to create a pipeline of new business opportunities within your market. Identify and qualify these opportunities • Grow new business sales revenue in your vertical market Recruitment Activities • Mainly a phone based role, contacting clients to identify recruitment needs, give consultative advice and deliver solutions according to their requirements • Using a variety of sources from in-house database, social media, advertising, head-hunting and search engines, identify candidates with your core market skills • Conduct detailed candidate telephone interviews to match their skill sets with the client’s requirements • Meet performance standards that relate to KPI activities What we offer: -We provide a bespoke 8 Week training program that was created, designed and is delivered by our Directors and Senior Team. -An unrivalled commission structure allowing you to have complete control of your earning -A transparent progression plan giving you lots opportunities to progress(you won't have to knock on the door and ask for a promotion) -Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Team Events -A cultured office, home grown and family orientated team and a close knit of consultants to work alongside.
