Graduate Automation Engineer Swindon Circa £35,000 starting salary benefits package Graduate Automation Engineer sought with highly successful global manufacturer offering fast track progression to full project engineering and Lead engineer roles This is a fantastic opportunity for a high calibre Graduate either with recent high-volume manufacturing-based automation experience or with the academic understanding of high-volume automation systems and the desire to take on a highly challenging and progressive role. You will be part of a global automation systems department that serves the wider business's global manufacturing sites on all automation system improvements and conceptual systems development for new product lines to be launched globally. A very exciting role with exposure to a broad range of PLC systems manufacturers for a wide variety of machining Applications and processes. There will be a focus on specialised plastic injection moulding machinery automation systems. The successful candidate will benefit from the broad skills and experience of a mature team of automation experts and enjoy structured and fast career development. The Person Required: Graduate from a relevant engineering discipline i.e. electrical/electronics, mechatronics backgrounds with a specialism on automation systems. Those with placement year or post graduate manufacturing-based experience will be at an advantage although out-standing raw graduates will be taken into equal consideration. Willing to be based permanently from the Swindon location
