Overview
Are you familiar with working in complex, global organisations? Do you have a detailed understanding of international systems implementation and benefits harmonisation projects? Do you want to make your strategic mark on a benefits function in an org that has been through change? Global Benefits Consultant - London, Warsaw or Brussels - £55k - £60k Williams Kent are currently working exclusively with a household name in the FMCG industry. This is a challenging project focused role where you'll be working on a benefits harmonisation and global scale systems implementation project. This will include the Implementation project moving to Thompsons Darwin across 60 existing countries. To apply, you should have: International benefits experience within a global team. A strong understanding of Benefit plans and administration System implementation and benefits harmonisation experience, preferably on an international scale. Vendor management experience with 3rdparties and suppliers Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortability liaising with senior stakeholders. Ability to drive agenda forward and work in a fast paced, busy environment. Strong attention to detail.
