Overview
Adecco Croydon are proud to be working with a fantastic company based in the heart of Croydon recruiting for a Compliance Offficer to join their friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, hard working individual to join a company that is rapidly growing company who strive to be the leader in their market. The role is a full time permanent position to undertake the following duties: Being held accountable for managing the pre-employment checking process which includes obtaining all relevant checks in a timely manner before their expected start date. This includes references, DBS disclosure, right to work information, professional registration details and any other requirements. Managing the ongoing employment compliance process by following up on the renewal of various registrations. This includes DBS disclosure, right to work information and professional registration details Engaging each candidate / employee during their compliance process and actively work to minimise the risk of losing candidates during this time Conduct audits on a regular basis, e.g. DBS, professional registration, mandatory training and Immigration. Maintain any systems that monitor the ongoing HR compliance of the workforce. Compliance experience from the health care industry is desirable but not essential.
