Recruit Wealth is delighted to be representing a modern and well established Financial Services organisation who are currently in need of a Junior Financial Planning Administrator who has the desire to embark on a progressive and exciting career role. Our client is an ultra-modern and exciting business working out of their superb North London offices. They are dealing with typically high net worth clients relating to their personal pensions, investments and working towards ensuring their financial security. This a newly created post due to existing demand and extra capacity within the technical administration team. A general overview of the role is set out below; Key Skills Excellent customer service and administration skills Handling confidential personal and financial information Daily liaison with Clients, Staff and Professionals at all levels Electronic document management Maintaining Company databases, spreadsheets and online systems Telephony, reception and mailroom experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows and Internet Primary Responsibilities Adding new client data onto back office system Process new business, which includes anti money laundering checks and follow through to completion of the application process either paper or electronic, liaising with clients and providers where appropriate Adding and updating New business and Fees onto back office system Processing fund switches and withdrawals Sending Letters of Authority (LOA) and following up with the providers Dealing with telephone and postal queries Producing client valuations Scanning documents onto back office system when required The business believes in progression and rewarding all staff, therefore this role should be seen as an entry point in to the business with the view to move upwards in time.
