Overview

Job Outline: Fexco Property Services is a property management company which has grown through acquisition and has plans for further expansion and organic growth. We are looking for an ambitious HR Advisor to work with three of our companies, Remus Management Limited, Ellis, Sloane & Co and Fexco Property Services, supporting 160 office staff and 25 site-based staff. Working as part of a larger in-house HR team, the HR Advisor is the first point of contact for all HR related queries. This role would suit someone who is currently in an HR Advisor role, or equivalent and looking to broaden their experience through exposure to a truly generalist remit. The role will involve administrative tasks, so won't suit anyone looking to move away from such responsibilities entirely. Main responsibilities and duties: Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers Leading on employee relations cases, advising managers, attending meetings and taking notes Assisting with recruitment Collating payroll changes and liaising with outsourced payroll contacts. Coordination of the on-boarding process and induction Administering changes to individual's terms and conditions, letters and amendments New starter management - drafting offer letters and contracts, new starter set-up and background checks Leaver management - carry out exit interviews and managing the leaver process Assisting with the development of the HRIS system HR Projects including staff surveys and focus groups Monthly and ad-hoc preparation of reports and analysis Proactively look to improve processes within the HR team Monthly travel to other office locations Skills & Experience Essential Strong employee relations experience Desirable CIPD Level 5 Payroll exposure Professional services experience
