Staff Nurse - Paediatrics Ward Bupa Cromwell Hospital, Kensington London Permanent, Full time 37.5 hours a week Shift patterns: Split between long days and nights, 8am to 8.30pm Salary £30,672 - £37,244 per annum dependent on experience Shift Allowance: £1,350 per annum Golden Handshake: £2,000 A bit about us We're an internationally recognised hospital located in the heart of Kensington, London. About the area you'll be working in The Bupa Cromwell Hospital Paediatric Centre was formed in 2000 to provide a caring environment for children and their families. It offers advanced clinical facilities for complex medical and surgical procedures. Our centre comprises of three dedicated Paediatric areas; an Outpatient Department, a Paediatric Theatre and our Starfish Inpatients Ward - where you will be based. Working within the Paediatric Centre you will be a part of an enthusiastic team who are committed to providing the best in patient care. If you join our team you will work with leading consultants who are pioneers in their specialist areas. We have over 70 paediatric specialists drawn from all London's top teaching hospitals which provides us with an unparalleled range of expertise. These include allergy, dietetics, ENT, neurosurgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery What you'll be doing As a nurse will you have the unique opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinary team consisting of dieticians, pharmacist, play specialist and the paediatric therapy team delivering a high standard of holistic family centred care to children and their families. You'll be providing the highest standard of nursing care through ongoing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of safe and effective care. You'll work in accordance with NMC guidelines and prioritise patients' needs with compassion and care. Who we're looking for?
