This role will provide sponsorship for the right candidate Job Specification Responsible for Financial Management of the company and group Reporting Company Budget - Preparation and Assumptions Quarterly Reforecast - Including Commentary 13-week Cashflow - Weekly Review Sales report - Collation and preparation - Weekly preparation Management Accounts - Monthly review Management Accounts Commentary - Preparation including margin review Year End Accounts - Preparation of audit file and auditor queries Board paper preparation and minutes Joint venture - Report on and advise Transaction Processing Purchase invoice approval Review payroll Approve payment runs Staff Management Manage and develop Financial Accountant Query management Relationship Management Bank relationship Insurance relationship Auditor relationship Stakeholders and loan holders - Draft update and Shareholder minutes Landlord liaison IT relationship Legal counsel Client Contracts and Legal - Review of client and supplier contracts and advice to business / negotiation with third parties Annual return Data protection/GDPR - Data protection Officer HR adviser China entity Chinese affiliated company Admin and finance Relationship with third party accountants Weekly call with Office Manager and back office management Sign China Payment Requests An ideal profile would be a newly qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA), chinese speaking accountant with strong acedemics but our client is open and a broader specification is below.
