Overview

Sales Team Leader Woking area Up to £35,000 Your own transport is required (location of the client) Main Purpose of the Sales Team Leader role To ensure the smooth and efficient running sales processes with a particular focus on: Assisting the Commercial Director in management and guidance of the sales team Ensuring that sales procedures are adhered to Overseeing the sales team’s use of SalesForce (our CRM system) Providing timely and accurate sales management information Qualifying sales leads and opportunities Key Accountabilities of the Sales Team Leader role Be fully abreast of all sales activities through detailed knowledge of all customer contracts, open leads and opportunities and in-market sales initiatives Deliver scheduled and ad hoc reports on time and accurately Maintain an accurate, realistic and up to date sales pipeline Track team performance against targets Candidate Profile Skills and attributes of the Sales Team Leader role Customer-focused team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers Resourceful, resilient, self-motivated and highly organised Knowledge and experience of the Sales Team Leader role At least 3 years experience working in an international sales organisation in a fast-moving, highly competitive, technology-led service industry Familiar with principles of UK contract law Strong IT skills including MS Office and a good knowledge of at least one CRM system (SalesForce an advantage) Familiarity with Africa and/or the Middle East is desirable Qualifications for the Sales Team Leader role Successful education to degree level is desirable but not essential For further information regarding this Sales Team Leader role, please get in touch with Andy at Contact Point Resourcing
