Overview

Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, a Training Administrator to work for a successful and growing business in Haslingden. The Training Administrator supports the Technical Trainers throughout North Europe with training bookings, developing and updating of training material and updating all relevant data bases used both locally and centrally. They will support with all administrative duties at the Training Centre ensuring all materials are prepared and ready for the courses planned. There is some travel potentially once or twice a year to Germany and there may be travel to Didsbury for training . Key accountabilities Book external training courses, travel and accommodation for visitors and staff as well as provide support regarding travel arrangements for customers, if required. Orders, IT Equipment, Workwear, and other essential equipment for all new starter personnel joining the company. Control training room diary and track training dates. Update the training matrix and control training certificates. Order training materials and support with preparation of presentations, training material and formatting of any paperwork needed. Liaise closely with the company Academy at headquarters Provide administrative assistance to the Technical Trainers and technical department. Receive and assist all visitors at the Training Centre. Direct visitors and telephone enquiries to the appropriate personnel within the department. Other tasks · Further administrative/coordinative tasks related to the Northern Europe Team as required Career / Job experience Relevant work experience in an administrative role or office management Experience in organising training desirable Experience in compiling training material Experience in dealing with internal and external customers Education and qualification Educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent.
