Nursing Home Nurse – Sleaford - £17ph Days – 30 Hours A fully compliant nursing home with a GOOD CQC rating in Sleaford are looking to appoint a nurse on a permanent basis to work 3 days per week in this lovely care home. The role is around 30 hours per week on days, with the occasional night shift available to cover sickness and holidays etc. This home has an excellent local reputation and offers care to the elderly and those living with dementia. This is a great opportunity for a nurse qualified candidate who is looking to join a caring and highly renowned care provider who can offer support and career progression The Role: • Delivering excellent, person-centred care at all times • Compliance to CQC standards • To take responsibility for the safeguarding of adults • To be responsible for quality nursing assessment and care • Create and maintain care plans • Administer medication Skills/ Qualifications: • Hold a current Nurse PIN (RGN/RMN) • Have a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards. • A commitment to patient-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practice I look forward to hearing from you
