Overview

Our client, based in South West London , is currently recruiting for a HR Manager on a permanent basis. Our client is a leading charity and the salary for the role is circa £45,000 - £47,500. The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent employment law knowledge and HR Operations experience. Duties will include (but not limited to): Support the People & OD Lead in designing, developing and delivering HR interventions aligned with the People Plan Provide high quality HR advice and guidance, coaching and supporting managers to enable them to progress solutions to achieve their business plans (working in collaboration with the Learning & Development Manager as required) Manage complex HR issues and casework Support with change programmes Maintain HR operational excellence, ensuring that all HR transactional activity is undertaken effectively and efficiently and that processes are monitored and reviewed including recruitment, on-boarding, payroll and benefits administration Develop and utilise HR metrics to support decision making Oversee recruitment and selection, advising on job descriptions and recruitment strategies, developing managers capability in selection techniques, and ensuring safe recruitment practices and procedures for relevant roles Experience required: Employment Law HR Operations Experience Employee Relations Skills, knowledge and expertise required: CIPD Qualified Complex Casework Coaching Rewards and Benefits 28 days holiday excluding bank holidays Pension scheme 3% Employee and 5% Employer Season Ticket London Perk Box Wellbeing portal Working hours: 35 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
