Overview
Are you the next member of the family? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Recruiter to join our New York Data Analytics team. InterQuest have been working the Analytics sector for well over 8 years which means that you would be joining a team of expert Recruiters with deep rooted knowledge. The team work across a wide client base across the US that range from large corporate organisations through to exciting start-ups. You be able to leverage established relationships with our other InterQuest practices giving you a good head start in building out your desk. We are interested in both Contract Recruiters and Direct Hire Recruiters, you would report directly into the Practice Director, be given a clear career development plan and be supported by our in-house Training Manager. We have a mature culture within the office which means that you will not be working to loads of KPI’s, we are a result driven environment and as an established Recruiter you will know what activity drives your results. if you have proven track record of recruiting within Analytics, are ambitious, want to work in a values driven business and you have a good sense of humour get in touch and let is tell you what a career at InterQuest could look like for you.
